GRIND, the future of coworking?

This members-only workspace and community is a collaboration by Behance, Cool Hunting, Breakfast and Magic+Might. 

Members, or ‘Grindists,’ can access the space for $35 a day or $500 a month. For that, they get a workspace that stays open from 8am til midnight (or even longer if they need it all night), free coffee from Intelligentsia, conference rooms, free events from its partners, and a sustainable, high-tech environment. With an RFID-enabled membership card Grind knows you from the moment you walk in the door, so when you switch on your computer, you’re logged in straight away. If you wave your card at the lockers, it opens yours, and if you flash it at the 12-screen Gallery, your portfolio appears on the monitors.
